Life in Traffic Est. MMXXVI · Independent laboratory

About this place

An ongoing laboratory for curiosity, kept in public because everything is part of the process.

This site exists because of a realization: trying to force a single niche or identity creates friction.

I naturally jump between interests, experiments, and software projects. Attempts to become "the AI guy", "the coffee guy", or "the design systems guy" never feel sustainable, because curiosity itself is the constant.

This site embraces that reality instead of fighting it.

Philosophy

This is not a startup. It is not a portfolio. It is not a consulting website. It is not optimized around funnels or conversions.

I read widely, notice patterns, build small things, and archive discoveries. Some ideas become projects. Some projects become essays. Some disappear. All of it is considered valuable.

Because everything here is catalogued rather than published, work that is unfinished still gets a place — it is set in outline as an open determination until it is not.

The core idea

Identity is not predetermined. Identity emerges from accumulated experiments, and this site is a home for those experiments.

There is no grand plan. Only the next interesting thing.

The whole cabinet can also be read the other way round — by subject rather than by drawer — or followed by RSS.
